This Annex governs the methods of participation in the economic results of the applications available within the Mamify platform, managed by:

The user may acquire an economic participation related to one or more applications available within the platform.

Such participation:

does not represent corporate ownership
does not grant rights over the Mamify platform
relates exclusively to the economic results of the individual application

3. PARTICIPATION

The user acquires a defined percentage:

This percentage determines the share of economic results due.

4. ECONOMIC RESULTS

Economic results refer to the net profit generated by the individual application.

Internal structure

A portion equal to 40% is retained by the platform.

5. DISTRIBUTION

8. DURATION

The user may request termination with a minimum notice of 3 months.

MAMIX represents an internal unit of economic regulation used exclusively within the Mamify ecosystem.

MAMIX:

is not a cryptocurrency
is not a financial instrument
is not tradable on external markets

3. FUNCTION

MAMIX is used to:

distribute commissions
manage revenue sharing

4. GENERATION OF MAMIX

MAMIX is generated exclusively when:

Such amounts:
